I have done easy recharge of Rs.399 with extra validity of 3 months and extra talk time Rs25 with respect to the message recived from airtel on 17/12. After 3 days, I have received a message that "due to technical problem extra validity period and extra talk time will be credit on 21/12.
Then i have raised a complained in customer care (121) lot of time but the responce is very bad.

I need the solution immediatly.
