Alance deducted but rcharge not yet done

Dear Sir,

I have done a mobile rcharge from freecharge.in of amount 150 with a free coupon scheme of same amount i have not received any amount in my mobile but i have received a message that my payment has been deducted from my bank account can you plz help me out to retain that amount in my account.
