Billed after disconneting the connection

Hi,

I have requested for disconnecting my Vodafone connection in August. After lot of follow up and hassel, i got the connection disconnected and settled all the balance amount. The very next month i got a bill even without making a single call for Rs 345. I did a follow up and after lot of e mail exchanges, they agreed to refund Rs.189. Again the next month i got another bill for Rs.145. When i asked them they sad they will stop send ing the e-mail. Now again this month they did not send an e-mail but sent a paper statement for Rs.145 and deducted from my Bank account directly. I did not get refunded for the said amount and on top of it getting billed for a disconnected connection.

This is a causing me distress and am not able to get rid of Vodafone harassment whatever i try doing.

Please let me know how to proceed with this matter.
