I am having gas connection vide No. R-4481 of Indian oil corporation through your gurgaon agency M/s Anand Enterprises, New Railway road, gurgaon.
The gas conection was booked on 1-1. The Same has not been supplied to me till date. I am trying to contact the dealer telephonically but to no avail. Kindly look in to the matter and let me know the status of my gas cylinder supply. I have every apprehension that due to extreme cold weather black marketing of gas cylinders is hampering the supply to genuine domestic consumers.
Hoping of a swift and stern action on my complaint.
