Connectivity Problems

I have been Airtel customer since the past 3 years. I made a complaint regarding connectivity problems in Sept and then again in Dec. I have a billing of Rs 2000 a month. No one has attended to my complaints. Whenever I call the customer center they say the last complaint was cancelled. Not only is the mobile service disastrous, the customer service too sucks.
