Dear Sir

i had applied for a vodafone sim card for number portable from MTNL to Vodafone when awalk in representative of GLOBAL DIRECT visited my office and promised to deliver sim card the next day as i had submitted required all documents and the company did not fulfill their commitments and newer bothered to giveany response. The name of the representative was Ms. Varsha A. Patel & name of her manager was Naveen Khanna of GLOBAL DIRECT. I had called many time at their office but there were no repoanse. I had paid Rs 370/- on 22/01 for number porting and she promised me that your number will port within a week but till date there is no respoanse. The receipt number is 5364 dated 22/01. My number is 9869063718.
