Wrong deduction of sms amounts

Dear sir

my mobile no.9629289889 from tamilnadu vellore district .i had the below problem since my number is activating

1.when i send the sms to airtel nos.the amount of 0.50p and i send the sms to other nos the amountof 0.10p is deducting from my main account

and i complaint the above problem via this way they didn't solve the solution please solve the soluion as soon as possible
