I am using Apple Iphone purchased from M/s Initiative Data System on
24thApril.
I had been using Mobile Office (GPRS) on my Apple Iphone under the Iphone data plan which provides me with free GPRS for 12 months from date of purchase of Apple Iphone. For the last 1 month my GPRS is not working.
I have called the customercare a hundred times, most of the times the
executives are unaware of the phone, its settings, and about the data
plan. I also registered a complaint for the same (no: 81109137700) on 11th August but I have not received any response for the same.
Above all now the customer care does not respond and the call is not forwarded to any executive.
I have mailed the nodal officer three times and the appellate office also but I have not received any response.
I think Airtel customer care is the worst and recently they have closed their call center also. I am now thinking of changing my service provider.
