Misbehavior and Memory Card mispalcement

Recently visited Sony Ericsson Customer Care Center Located At Lami Nagar, Delhi.. The behavior of the certain Incharge was really pathetic..She doesn't know how to speak to her customers.. The management of the customer care is a live example of mismanagement... They took more than 1 hour to find out my cellphone which was due for delivery almost 3 days ago.. the lady Ms MANSI GOEL doesn't even know how to speak politely... first they kept me waiting for more than 1 hour, as they were unable to locate my handset as well as of other customers.. how can u forget that where have u kep ur customer's handset... then to my horror, my memory card was lost by the center, which first they said, that they dont keep.. then they said, that even if they keep, they return it to the customers... now why dont u return my memory card.. had so much important info stored in the card... moreso, when I looked inside the center room customer dealing window... that Ms Mansi was eating something while checking phones... How disgusting.. how can u eat something that too at 4pm.. that too while speaking to a customer and also while checking a phone... Worst customer service experience I have ever had.. No Manners... loss of a Memory Card... Wastage of time coz they were unable to locate handsets... ill language of a so called Incharge MANSI GOEL... who was shouting like a Aunty, when she fights for a seat in a blue line bus... Ughhh... CANT VISIT AGAIN
