Mismanagement of documents

I had submitted all my documents to the Aundh Pune Airtel office on 19-Aug. My mobile got disconnected three times mentioning that they have NOT received the documents. I had submitted ALL the documents to the Aundh Pune Airtel office and they are saying that there is no problem with the documents. I am not sure on what basis you guys disconnect the phone completely.

The lady - Kishori who is responsible for the office hides and the junior folks do give her number. the customer care is horrible. I am surprised about your MISMANAGEMNENT and the harassment that Airtel is creating.

If the Airtel office writes me back that they have LOST the documents I can submit new ones otherwise I will have to go to the media and senior folks of your incompetency and incapability.

At least for that time make my INCOMING ACTIVE.
