Wrong billing on vodafone Internation calling Card

I baught a vodafone internation calling card (ICC) for US on 2nd May. After enabling it for pinless dialing I used for calling to my relative in US. But when i received the bill for the month of May I found all my calls made on US number were charged as normal ISD rates and my bill amount was Rs ~3500. Since I had a corporate plan so I complaint to corporate care vodafone. But to my surprise they replied that my mobile number is not registered with any ICC. But when I offered to them proofs i.e. SMS which indicates that my phone was actually registered they did not replied back. I again went to vodafone store and showed them all the SMS proofs they satisfied and lodged my complained. But my issue did not resolved and I was told that dialling pattern was not coorect. Again I showed them the bill for the month of May which clearly showed that I dialed the access code and then ISD number, they again lodged the complained. But I am still waiting for the reply. My phone is dead for the last 2 month and I am constantly receiving mail from vodafone saying that legal proceeding can start any time. I donot know what to do? It seems that they is only one way communication as they donot revert back easily.

I will suggest never buy any vodafone internation calling card. The
