Eliance has not provided a seperate telephone number by dialing which from other service providers phones, customers can access GSM CUSTOMER SERVICE CELL. if a customer has only one reliance gsm phone and it has a problem liked locked up or disconnected, customers cannot reach reliance gsm customers cell by dialling from other services like bsnl, airtel or even reliance cdma phones. they dont even have a call divert facility to gsm customer cell from their cdma customer cell. the customer has to go out and search for another person with reliance gsm phone to make a complaint or go their customer support centers.
