I bought a micromax Q5C from hotspot mobile store, (bill reference no. 5432), situated in aundh, Pune. However, after using it for 15 days, the mobile malfunctioned and it was not charging. I went up to the center and requested them to get it serviced. They replied that I will have to take it to the service center. I went to the service centers on weeekends, but got to know that the centers remain closed on weekends. On next monday, I went to hotspot and told that as I was unable to submit, could they get it serviced? They took my cell phone and told to come after a week. I went to them after a week and they replied that the mobile had not yet come. This went on for one and a half months and they didn't return my mobile. They continued their procrastination. Yesterday, I called them again and they replied saying that my cell phone had come and I could pick it up the next day, i.e. today. But when I went there today, they didn't hand me my cell saying that the guy who went to pick up the mobile had forgotten it in his bag and that I would be getting my "unrepaired" cell tommorrow. Kindly take proper action against them.
