This is complaint against the Airtel GPRS service. I have got Airrtel postpaid connection. In month of Dec i had enabled GPRS for one day, to configure my co-operate e-mail account. after that i had disabled the service. After few days i started getting message like " Thanks for using using Airtel Live you down loaed XXX kb " this message used to pop up every 5 minute. I was confused that why this message is coming without using the service
At the end of the month when I received the bill. I see that, i have charged heavy ~2000 rupees for this service, which i never used.
I did give the complaint using 121. Reason given by the airtel was i have downloaded some wall paper .. etc Which is not true.
I am not going to pay for changes which i have not used
