Poor Service

I purchased samsung (star) mobile on 31.10.09.It didn't work well for even a year. Its touch screen and display got problem inspite of proper care. Then I took the mobile to the authorized samsung moblie service center at T& L Communication, B-5A, First Floor, Behind Bus stop, Kanti Nagar Extn. Delhi-110052, on 09.08.10 for service. On constant visits they return the mobile on 07.09.10, ie. after a month, but the mobile was still not working well. After an hour of receiving it, the mobile starts the same problem. I again went to the same service center for service and till today the moblie was not repaired. I was continuously visiting the center for the mobile but the response was not there.

Samsung being the big International brand, provide this type of service to their customer.

This is very bad that if such a brand gives very poor service. I suggest not to purchase Samsung Mobile.
