This is satyanarayana. I have Airtel prepaid mobile connection. My number is 9000198297.In Airtel, one service is there i.e "Do not disturb". I have activated that service on 14th August. But still iam getting unnecessary messages. For this, i called Airtel customer care on 1st August. That customer care executive taken my complaint and told me that it willtake 45 days to solve my problem. Again i have waited for 45 days. But still i am getting those messages. Again i have called to Airtel customer care on 26thSeptember and asked them like i am getting these unnecessary messages. It is very disturbing to me. They said that you will get this messages and if you have any problem, open complaint board and give complaint to them.
Kindly i am requesting you to solve my problem.
