Had a airtel postpaid number since last 6 years. Got it converted from Postpaid to prepaid. Submitted all documents asked for. Number got converted to prepaid, but after a week, services on number were deactivated stating incomplete documents. Contacted Airtel Customer care, they agreed that they missed some papers. Now its been 3 days, my number is still deactivated. Everytime they say, it will be done soon, blah blah blah blah...

These people do not care about others.
