They have unique way of annoying customers. You lodge complaint with their BPO. Without addressing complaint they will send message after three days that your complaint has been addressed. They remain and what remains is your complaint. Such a long process is to get through to them that after your reach the customer care through IVRS, they would ask you to hold on and the phone will get disconnected. You again have to take full round and in the process you exhaust yourself. This company is thoroughly unprofessional with least priority to customer care. About five months of relationship with them has been annoying. Strong regulator which can pull them for unfair practice is required.
