Defective stearing

I bought the i-10 sports car in the month of may-10 and right from the begning i am facing the problem with its stearing and every time the service centre of hyundai lagoon, bhagalpur, is answering my question that why i am in trouble regarding the techenical defects within 4 months that... its manufacturing defects? even i have not received my checque regarding the loyality bonus as 15 thousand, in lieu of selling maruti zen - number-BR-1Q-0009 to purchase hyundai-i-10
