3g handset service not recived

Sir i purchese idea 3gblade mobilephone on date 14.01.2012 and i recharce rs.259 for ricived benifit but i cannot ricived the facilities of 3g set

etc 1 free idea tv and 3g internet facilites for three month i complent many time of custmer care but not solve and my balence of rs 300.only cut of date 24.1.2012 to .26.01.2012 .icomplent care senter but not reverse money.

and not start my services

so plese solve the provlem imidetly
