I requested for change in my prepaid connection from airtel to idea as per mobile portability almost one and a half month back.my mobile no is 9829152320.i had also given rs. 300 as asked by the Executive for idea sim. but till date i have not received my new sim. now the executive is saying that the idea sim could not be given to me.
