Network is not prope

Dear Sir/Madam,

I port in to Idea by trusting your advertisement (excellent network and customer care). Unfortunately on my first day only I am not getting proper network at my work place (Velenkani Tech Park, Electronic City, Banglore). My prepaid mobile number is 7676043076.

Can you please help me in this on priority or shall I wait for three months again to port out from you?
