DEDUCTION OF RS.75/- TOWARDS FREE DIALER TUNE

DEAR SIR

Inspite of repeated denials from my side M/s Idea has deducted Rs.75/- towards so called free dialer tune on 20.05.2010. I have complained this with their Sahid Nagar Office vide complaint No.1-7144076717, Dtd.24.04.2010. Their Customer Care said the deduction is genuine and justified.

Please decide the case at the earliest and do the needful so that i would get justice
