Dear sir, main dhiranjan kumar, at post-rampur atouly, dist-chapra (bihar) ka rahne wala hu, maine idea company ka sim card no-8651904584 date 19.02.2012 ko liya sim chalu hone ke baad maine 249 ka idea to idea free tarrif plan liya aur 150 ka top up karwaya phir bhi mere sim ko bina karan bataye band kar diya gaya hain 3 baar document jama karne ke baad bhi mera sim chalu nahe ho raha hain... please help me
