Unabe to connect

Hi,

This is surendra singh from A-7 Sector 16 noida. I m unable to connect with out side my office building.

But this problem is i am facing from 20 to 25 days back.and my coworks also facing this problem.25 days before it was doing well so please do need full. I have also complant on customer care and my ref Num - is 93005143.
