Charged eventhough i not used gprs

Hi,

Rs. 75 was deduced from my balance on 2-jan for using gprs and downloading games. but I haven't done any browsing from handset and my handset doesn't support any games download.

I have registered two complaints against this. the complaint no's.116691394, 117043276. and my phone no. is 9948509655. and i didn't get any response regarding these complaints from the customer care.

I kindly request the idea people to refund my money.
