I am a customer of Idea cellualar and i was on roaming from 18 jan to 21st jan. During this period i have made many calls to some numbers and received some. But many times i have noticed that call charges are cutting extra than it should be. When talked to customer care they told me that it is correct and even i have remembered that was of 5:56 minutes, they told me that it was of 6:05 minutes. I know they have told a lie. what should i do. I am sure about call timing and wrong charges. where can i laudge a complaint about this.
