Dear Sir,

I am using idea coorporate connection (9990046881) with 699 (annual plan) since more than 2 years, i was using 99 GPRS plan but in Feb Idea has changed my GPRS plan in Rs.150 without any further intimation and permission, when i asked Customer Care they are saying this is company policy, when i say, i will escalte this to your senior manger than customer care executive (Level-2 guy) start laughing on my words in phone itself,

So i want some solution for this, this type of behavior and service is not good for any idea customer.
