Subscription to daily joke package without consent

Dear sir,

I am acustomer of idea mobile service, No.9747120252.Once i got a message asking my willingness

to activate their Daily joke package. I didnot responded to the message. Eventhen they activated

the package and daily Rs.1 is reduced from my phone.

I request you to take necessary action to de-activate the package and refund the amount of Rs.60 (two months)
