This is gagan chamria from sri ganganagar and my mobile no is 09785338024 I recharged my account with 8 rs recharge on 24 April and after the 36 hour this internet recharge activated I have suffering and download some songs from free sites but customer care are saying that i have downloaded wallpaper pack but i didn't i have made contact many time to idea customer care but they are not writing my complain and i am not satisfy with idea customer care Representative and in spite of internet recharge 150rs are reduce from my account. i hope u will solve my problem as soon as posible.
