I am a research scolar in MNIT Jaipur and availing the IDEA prepaid connection. My mobile no. is 9887577991. I recharged @ 15 days back for Rs 310. Today my balance is very less and I did not make many calls. I have contacted to customer care, they imform me that I have been subscribed some service for which they deducted amount. But I have not opted for such a rubbish service. It is automatically being activated by IDEA and deducting balance for the same. This is totaly the theft. Without my concent, how can they charg? I want my deducted balance back otherwise i have to approch Consumer Court.
Such a rubbish way of stealing amount... I am really felt ashamed to live in such a crooked world...
