IDEA, consider customer service as timess pass, dear all please go through the complete complaint so that you can understand how idea is bad on customer service

I have taken netter on 7th april, i have taken the 399 plan for activation, where the 1 gb is free with the plan, and 1 gb free for first 3 billing cycle . (you can find the same plan in any idea shop or idea website)
my billing cycle is from 9th of every month
hence
1st month from 7 th april to 9th april went ok
in the next month
i have used 2.3 gb -
now from above 1 gb should be free as it is free as per plan
and another 1 gb free as (first three billing cycle)
but idea charged me for 2.3 GB completely

now you will enjot this as how i got treated by idea
i went to idea shop, that manager got convinced and raised a request on my behalf
the above request got rejected by idea saying format not matching? wow idea shop manager do not know the format of idea!!!
then i raised the request with call centre on 13th may
call centre executive said it will get solved on 19th morning
then there were only promices for
19th eve
20th morning
20th eve
21st morning
21st eve
22nd morning
22nd eve

call centre exe kept promosing for dates and times and issue is still unsolved,
they have categorised my request under the head " time pass " in their system

1. how can idea have a customer request type = time pass
there is lot to write about the whole issue, but stopping just because complaint should be short and easy to undertand
