Dear Sir,
I have been using Idea Cellular services for the past 4 years. The quality of their service is steadily going down and this is perhaps the main cause of their decreasing subscriber base.
In Sept i realised that Idea has been deducting Rs5/day from my account. On calling their customer service i was told by some Luckan Patel that the deduction is for value added services activated by me. This is nothing other than a lie. I never subscribe to these contests since they are usually fixed and we end up losing money. It is obvious that the customer rep are trained not to admit the company's fault and to blame the customers only.
This Idea service sucks.
