Deactivaion of dialer tone

I want to deactivate my dialer tone which was activated by the company itself without my request or knowledge, but the voice portal system does not direct me in a proper manner nor is the customer service representative available. It seems to be taking people for a ride. It just shows how careless a company can be. My mobile number is 9961682092. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
