Hi Team,
In the month of 11th Feb i have opted the msg plan of 1p for 1 msg a month offer. Now its not been a month and from 8th march they are charging 1/- per msg due to which i have lost around 200/- from my balance. This is very annoying with these providers and they dont even respond correctly when we call customer care. If they change the plan they dont even mention the changes to the customer very bad customer service i say and always they loot the customer's money.
