Not getting MNP

I ve applied for MNP before 10 days to ur idea centre at hari nagar, west delhi to miss chanchal. i also had done all formalities related to this n then she assured me tat i ll get it within 7 days. now it s 10th day of all this but i havn't got my idea connection. Today i went there at ur idea office but only assurance given to me tat i ll get it in 2 hrs only. its bout 4 hrs but there s no response till now. Is this not the valid reason to go to consumer court??? waiting for ur quick response.
