Postpaid connection not activated

Idea Agent approached to me for new idea postpaid connection.

and i paid 500/- cash in favor of Idea. but its two week over there is no response for my connection.i tried to connect with customer care several times we didn't get any info. for the same.

in cash receipt its clearly indicated that Sim will be activated with in 48 hrs. but still no process is done.

please take necessary action for my problem.
