Activating SMS masti packs FORCEFULLY without my request

sir,

Idea Cellular is deducting Rs.10 every week for SMS MASTI PACK from my balance without my consent. They send me a sms for information after activating the pack. I never requested to activate the said services. I requested many times to deact the said services on 155223 (toll free number). I received confirmation sms for deactivating sms services within 24 hrs. But till date the said service is not deactivated. The said service is used by idea forcefully & it is cheating to me. Please help me in Deactivating this masti pack and getting my all money back, Please deactivate MASTI PACK service. MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9911394794.
