Alance deduction

Hi, its been a long time that i had been trying to contact idea to stop the balance deduction for some HUNGAMA SMS-LIFE STYLE TIPS. I did not ever subscribe for this and had made several attempts to solve with their complaints team and their customer service. They dont even register a complaint and dont let me talk to their supervisor, they hungup call.

I am really surprised that there is no code of conduct and the customer focus.

I hope this will be taken into consideration.
