Unnecessary deduction from the sccount balance

Sir/ Ma'am,

I am chandra prakash, an idea pre paid customer of 4 years. My mobile number is 9891056712. I am using this number from last four years. On 3rd june there was an unnecessary deduction from my account balance of Rs70- 80. Upon enquiry from the customer care, i was repeatedly told that i have used GPRS against which the deductions have been made. In the detail sent to me through message the charges have been shown in following order.

03/06 - 18:59:21- Rs 10

03/06 - 20:01:52- Rs 10

03/06 - 20:03:05- Rs 10

03/06 - 21:04:43- Rs 10

03/06 - 21:06:06- Rs 10

Few more deduction were also made against GPRS usages in late afternoon on the same day. I had tried seven times in the customer care for filing a complaint in this regard, but each and every time the associates told me that there is some technical fault, and due to that they cannot lodge the complaint. On the very next day in morning at 9:14 AM i again called at the customer care and spoke to Pratistha, and requested her to transfer my call to the senior/ manager. she was helpful and transferred my call to the manager/ senior. I don't remember his name but he told me that it was due to some technical fault and he was aware of this fault and assured me that the deducted amount will be automatically credited into my account and also told me that he had written the complaint. At that time my account balance was reached at the threshold level of Rs 6, soon after this call Rs 10 was credited to my account and the balance have reached at Rs 16. In this frustration on that day i have applied for the number portability. The next day i received a call from the idea customer care, he told me that there was no such complaint lodge and at 16:32 hours on 4th june he lodge the complaint. The complaint number was SR No. 1-5881958743. and told me that the problem would be actioned within 06/06, 1732 Hours. On 6/june/11, i again received the call from customer care, the executive told me that the deductions were made against the GPRS usage.

Again and again i an saying, i have not utilized such facility and this has to be checked.

This is not the matter of mere Rs 80, this is the matter of the fake and hidden policies of the service providers like IDEA.

If this matter does not resolved, i would have to go to the consumer forum.

I hope this matter would be taken seriously.
