Number issued to diffrent costome

Hi concern

This is regarding my IDEA Mobile number 9911879106. I am using this number since 5 years. It was activated as a lifetime validity till 2017.

last month i was on out of town and its number was allotted to different costumer without my knowledge. They don't have any reason.

I want my number back. Pls suggest how.

And why its allotted to other costumer in only after one month.
