My mobile no (idea) is 9911586598 (prepaid), idea people have added a caller tune on there own without confirming me (even they may not be able to prove it) mybe it was deducted when there was a more amount balance, but on 20.06.11 when there was only 27.00 inr balance they renewed the tone on there own without my permission. and as when I was in a desprate need to call there was no balance in my mobile and i was not having a single penny in my pocket to recharge even (situation was like that).
when i called customer care they says this and that but they did not ommited the unwanted paid service.
idea people do not have time to listen or resolve the mantally and economically challange which they are giving to there claints.
kindly provide some judgement so that they will compansate as well as do not repeat the incedence with anybody.
