Got frustated with the service provided by idea. i am trying to activate GPRS on my new mobile (samsung champ) but everytime i send SET to 54671 it replies that your phone is not provisionable . many of my friends are using internet on this mobile phone model from diffrent service provider. its it problem with idea? i that case i need to change the service provider . i called customer care many times but they are simply doing false commitments that it will be sent .. they closed the complaint without sending me the settings . my mobile no is 9666607520
