I using idea sim card today I heck my balance and I found that my balance is automatic deduct with Rs. 20:00. After I call to customer care (no.198) and they told that you are used internet and you download idea content of Rs. 10/-, actually I do not used internet & don’t download any type of data, but I have not received positive response from any IDEA outlet or customer care.
