Deduction in talk time balance

My Phone no: is 09812830857. I am not using any Value added service, Stil every week there is a deduction of 10 - 20 Rs. I don't know why. I have called to Idea customer care to know the reason of the deduction but no satisfactory anser is given by them. Pls. deactivate if any V A Service is activated on my phone. and refund the amount deducted till now.
