Incoming & outgoing calls blocked

Kind attn:

I have taken a IDEA prepaid connection (91 90880 42644) in name of Mr. Manoranjan Karmaker (my father) on 29th September with providing all necessary documents. The line was ok from that day but suddenly from 11th October my incoming & outgoing calls were blocked & they are saying that no documents were received. Please help me out & start the line as soon as possible.
