Calls from Pakistan

Hii,

Today I got a call missed call from a no. 923478054069. Inintially I didnt know who it was but when I called back the person said " you have won 25 Lacs lottery". I disconnected the call and then while verifying the code, I got to know it belongs to Pakistan.
