Efund of security deposit

Sir, i have a idea postpaid connection no.is 9837164112 which was converted in idea prepaid before 4-5 month.but till today i did not get refund my security deposit.i contact many time in jonal office of idea in my city.but they ignore to say that wait for 15days.
