Gprs balance deduction

I am a user of idea cellular gujarat. My cell number is 8460167578. I activated gprs pack of rs 99 on 30th january. Then around ten days back, another gprs scheme of rs 59 got activated. I called 198 to tell the representative about the fault. The first representative said that the system has facing some problems and my balance would be refunded and told me to call after 2 hours. I then called after 2 hours and the person then told me that it was not a system problem and i had actually activated the scheme. I told him why would i activate the scheme when i already have another scheme activated, that too of higher price. He then transferred the call to his senior who told me that there was some problem and i would have to call back after 2 hours. I called back again after two hours and the supervisor transferred the call to his senior who told me that there was a problem with the network and disconneted the call. After that i tried calling 198, the it would not connect. This is how the company manages consumer grievances, using tactics of procrastination. How long would the consumer try calling, ultimately the anger and grief would simmer down, he would forget everything.

Now today, when i have 2 gprs scheme active, my balance got deducted for gprs usage even when my free data usage is still left.
