Sim card barred

I am a government employee and buy a sim of idea after submitting all prof, after a week my sim stops working then i talked to cc then they told that ur documents is not submitted, again i submitted the documents to the service provider but still my sim card is not activated.this all happening from two months and it creates a very bad pic about idea in my mind.plz help.my contact no is 9047468611
